How many hours a day can you come?
From 1 to 24 hours, every day of the week. The service adapts to your relative's situation, not the other way round.
Which parts of Mallorca do you cover?
The whole island. Our service is personal and covers all of Mallorca, with an office in Palma.
Do I have to employ the carer myself?
No. Carers are employed and insured by Senior Mallorca. You take on no social security, wages or sick leave.
Are there carers who speak German or English?
Yes. We work in Spanish, German and English, and we have a German-language line: (+34) 640 283 708.
What happens if the carer falls ill?
We send a replacement immediately and keep her until the regular carer returns. There are no waiting days.
And if the person is not right for my relative?
You can try another person at no additional charge until the right one is found.
Is there a charge for the quote?
No. The quote is personalised, free and without obligation.
Can I come to the office?
Yes — Carrer Bonaire 16, 3rd floor, in the centre of Palma. We receive visitors by appointment only, so we can give you the time you deserve.
